HI,
Tomorrow the lovely Marie is in her ballet/tap show. She needs to be there for 10.30am, then the matinee is 2.30pm, followed by the evening performance at 5.30pm.
She has been there all day too and is tired but quite exhuberant!
They are performing some take of 'Hansel and Gretle'....
Please say a quick prayer for her..I saw one of her outfits and sewed the front up! LOL
Much love,
Amanda

Yes she will! She has two shows consecutively...very hard going really. I had to pack her a lunch, dinner and snacks! I am going there at 5 for the show at 5.30pm with a willing boy. It is St Nicholas Feast today which is a shame as Marie is out all day as they usually make crafts and eat honey cakes....they get choccy in there shoes as is the tradition and pressies, no wonder they all love Advent! Some people in Holland celebrate today as equal to christmas itself! Here is the story; http://www.stnicholascenter.org/Brix?pageID=38 Love, Amanda

Was it lovely Amanda? Did you have a lump in your throat? I love watching the children in anything like that ans still get that choked up feeling as when it was mine!

Oh it was so lovely even though it was a bit 'modern'! LOL
Marie was only in two dances this time as she was so busy with her Therese play in October..
She did get a trophy though for.....being the best at the French terms of ballet! ha ha I was SO proud of her!
Brought back lovely memories,
BUT the absolute WORST thing was when I looked round and saw my GP in the audience! Oh my goodness, I nearly fainted! LOLOL

Thank you Melly and Eleanor.
It wasn't a very tasteful show and poor Marie had kept one of her outfits hiddn from me! but still, she danced well.
Yes, my GP has a 16year old daughter who played the mean Mam...I never realised before.
Love, A
